There are different
types of high-powered motorcycles in Sri Lanka as well as in foreign countries. Those motorcycles are
manufactured under the models of Yamaha, Honda, Suzuki. Among them, Honda type motorcycles can be mentioned
as a motorcycle model that is in demand. These superbikes are classified as Honda honrnet, Honda cbr etc.
Among these, my favorite type of motorcycle is the Honda Hornet type motorcycle. It is a motorcycle that is
less expensive compared to other motorcycles, has beauty and is designed in a way that is comfortable for
the rider. So this is my favorite motorcycle.
This Hornet
motorcycle is a high-powered motorcycle manufactured by Honda in Japan. This type of motorcycle was
produced from 1996 to 2008 under chassis number 100 to 150.
Under these chassis numbers there are variations unique to each motorcycle. There is a high demand
for this type of motorcycle in the past as well as in the present. This is a popular type of
motorcycle among young men as well as young women.
This is a motorcycle that has been given
superior manufacturing features and elegance. These motorcycles are classified as 250cc, 400cc,
cb600, cb1200 etc. According to the fuel capacity of the pistons. Also, the following points are
about the Hornet 250cc motorcycle. There are several types of 250cc motorcycles according to their
unique characteristics. They are according to each chassis number. Color , the meter board, the
registration number, the carburettor and so on come under different wana characteristics.

We can see the
black bend set (exhaust pipes coming from the engine) with the silver engine.

In addition to
bend set nickel, a helmet holder was included from CH110.
A slight difference can be seen only in the fork column of 110 and 115 and the foot pegs of 115 are finished
with red rubber.
Also all meters (RPM, Speedo) from 100 to 115 are finished in white color.

From now on a
Sensors Carburettor was added. Also, all the meters were in black color and the Bend set was in black color.
The disc here was slightly different from the previous models.
From 100-115 meters the heat gage was shown and there was no fuel gauge. From 120 onwards, instead of the heat
gage, the fuel gage was included at the same place.
The chassis of the 120 was finished in black.
The inside of the Hornet logo is white and the stickers on the 125 are done in a Carbon Fiber look.
Also, it is easier to drive than the 100-115 chassis and a difference in size of a few millimeters can be seen
from the 120 chassis.
Apart from the difference in stickers, not much difference can be seen between 120 and 125.

From 100 to 125
the Plug tops and Monoshock were in red color and only in 130 the Plugtops/monoshock were in yellow color and
the disc was finished in the same way in all 120, 125, 130 motorcycles.
Until now, from 100-125, the Hornet logo was on the tank, and from 130, the Honda logo was on the tank and the
Hornet logo was on the Hump (near the rear seat of the bike).
All pre-130 Hornet brake calipers were light gold and from 130 onwards they were dark gold.

From 100-130 the
chassis has a mixed gray and black engine and after 140 the engine was finished in black and the Bend set,
Forks, chassis, handle clip, hump holder and the locking part that gives fuel were produced in black.
Also from 140 a Deluxe model was released and this was available in two colors and only in 140-150 Deluxe models
the brake calipers were in black color.
Crystal lights were also used and the Hornet logo appeared in the RPM section of the meter panel.
From 140 Handle grips were also used and from 140 again to 100-115 a disc similar to the one used is used.
Also, from 140, the rear seat shows a thin hill character.
